having been promoted from Procurement Manager
in 2007. Before joining the Council in 2002,
he was Procurement and Contracts Manager for
Northern Constabulary, and from 1986 to 1998
held procurement positions in Benefits Agency
purchasing and supply and the Ministry of Defence.
