LGA is the national voice of local government. We work with councils to support, promote and improve local government. We are a politically led, cross-party organisation that works on behalf of councils to ensure local government has a strong, credible voice with national government. In total 411 local authorities are members of the LGA.

YPO is a self-funded commercial organisation but 100% publicly owned by 13 founding member local authorities. We’ve seen many challenges in the public sector over the 44 years we’ve been trading and in order to make sure we remain relevant to our customers now and in the future, we’re striving to develop a range of service solutions designed by and for the public sector to meet new challenges.
